There is a $40 convenience fee for these hours. 🤎 🚨 if you have been sick or showing any symptoms of illness including sneezing please please please reschedule. Sometimes it’s not just allergies.🚨 🚨If you have been around any one sick 48 hours before your appointment please reschedule.🚨 Booking policy Thank you for being interested in booking with me. Please read over my policy carefully to ensure that everything goes smoothly with your appointment. PAYMENTS🤎 We currently only accept debit cards and cash We DO NOT accept cash app cards or credit cards. Please make sure to bring your physical debit card with you to your appointment. CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT 🤎 All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or it will be cancelled unless there is a deposit. DEPOSIT 🤎 All deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred one time to another day with a 72 hour notice before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner you forfeit your deposit. CANCELLATIONS🤎 We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the schedule appointment. (This means you must cancel more the 48 hours in advance) if you cancel/no show a fill appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount. If card on file is declined your balance owed must be paid in full before booking your next appointment. All appointments booked outside of the salon require a deposit. If there was already a deposit then we can transfer it 1 time with a 48 hour notice. (Appointment must be rescheduled within the same week) if the notice is less than 48 hours a new deposit will need to be made and the original one will be forfeited. if you cancel your appointment before the 48 hour mark your card will not be charged. GRACE PERIOD 🤎 we understand that things occasionally come up that can cause you to be late to your appointment. With that being said we allow a 10 min grace period with a $10 late fee. If you’re unable to make it before the 10 min mark your appointment will be cancelled. GUEST🤎 We do not allow extra guests in the service area. If a guest comes with you they must wait in the waiting area until your appointment is complete. FILLS🤎 Fills are ever 2-3 weeks. The natural growth pattern of your lashes will determine if you can make it to 3 weeks or not. You must have at least 50% of your lashes left for a fill. Anything less is a full set. 🚨WE DO NOT GO OVER OTHER LASH ARTIST WORK🚨 Allergic reactions can occur. It’s your responsibility to book an allergy test with us before getting a full set if you feel there could be any complications. If a reaction occurs we will remove your lashes for free. 🚨BEFORE APPOINTMENT 🚨 Be sure not to wear contacts No makeup No mascara for at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. No lash strips for at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. All forms must be completed 24 hours before appointment or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. IF YOU’RE SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE ONCE SYMPTOMS ARE GONE We specialize in Natural and wispy sets We only use lengths up to 17mm but not everyone’s natural lash can handle longer lengths.
